Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. As a result, we request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a 50% deposit rebooking fee to secure future appointments. No-shows will be charged 50% of their service amount.
